It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his passing at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Tuesday January 3rd in his 90th year.
John was the devoted husband of 65 years to Sue. Cherished father to John, James, Leigh (Dave), Cindy (Glenn), Thomas (Shelly). Proud grandfather, known as Grandpa Grumps, to Karissa (Jason), Katrina (Ryan), Emily, Martine, Kayla, Christopher, Ryan, Sheeana and Mackenzie. Known as G-Pop to his great grandson Joey. He was predeceased by his parents Clarence and Emma Foote, his sister Judith and grandson Nicholas. He will be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews.
John was the proud owner of an original 1966 Fastback Mustang. He was active in West Ferris Minor sports when his children were young. He was the owner of JEF Electronics for 25 years, and most enjoyed being active within the First Baptist Church. He was easily bribed with donuts.
