Passed away at Cassellholme Home for the Aged, Wednesday, December 24th, 2003, Lucy Longo, beloved wife of the late George Fazzari, at the age of 92. She was the loved mother of Frank (Ruth) of North Bay, George (Vicki) of Welland, Rudy (Marilyn) of Niagara Falls and Joe (Maureen) of Burlington. She will be lovingly remembered by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Lucy Fazzari was a lifetime member of the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption Catholic Women’s League and a willing volunteer of Scollard Hall Parents Association. Predeceased by one grandchild, her parents, Caroline and Frank Londo, nine brothers and sisters. Visitation at McGuinty Funeral Home, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption, Monday at 10 a.m. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
