Peacefully at home, in her own way, in her own time and surrounded by love, on March 21, 2017. Pat, favorite wife, partner and best friend to Jay, loving Mom/Maw to Cathy [David], Brian [Kerry] and Paul [Kerry], doting Gramma to Kara, Luke, Abby, Noah, and Leah. Preceded by sister Carol and much missed by Joanne, Janet, and Maureen. Cremation has taken place. A private family service is planned in the future. Family appreciations to Dr. Charlie Joyce, Lynn Paltooram, Bayshore nurses: Yazmin, Jocelyn, Stephanie, and CCAC staff for their outstanding care and support. A Celebration of Life for Pat will be announced, during the golf season.
