In loving memory of Keven Coles, a kind and gentle man. Keven cherished his beloved wife Bev. He was the best Dad to Jenn, Josh (Claire) and Matt (CJ) and much loved by his grandchildren, Luna, Elias, Sol, Abigail, Fiona and Camden. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews and extended family in Ottawa, Alberta and BC.

He will be fondly remembered as Mr. Keven, and Cookie by many, and for playing Santa for Bev’s daycare children. Family was the cornerstone of his life. Keven was especially proud of his children’s and grandchildren’s athletic and creative gifts. He was a proud and dedicated City employee for over 20 years.

Despite health struggles Keven retained a loving and kind presence and embraced life with whole hearted gratitude. His fierce loyalty, sense of humour and compassion will be greatly missed. Always happy to eat dessert, please enjoy your favourite ice cream in memory of Keven.

Thank you to Dr. R. Rappaport and Shirley for taking good care of Keven, with such kindness, caring and compassion.  Also to the  nurses on D3 and CCU; his last weeks were made easier by your exceptional  care.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made to the North Bay Heritage Gardeners for Canada 150 Project in memory of Keven. Details will be available at the funeral home.

In his final months Keven was proud of his Every Child Matters orange t-shirt, please consider a supporting a local community program.
