CHORNEY, Wayne Earl

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Center on Thursday, February 4th, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 73 years old. He was the loving father of Susan & Barbara Chorney and grandfather of Arianna Scanlon. He was predeceased by his parents Ben & Mabel and by his younger brother Paul. Survived by his 2 sisters Maralea Mushumanski and Joan Puritch. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Church of Christ (73 Gertrude Street East, North Bay) on Saturday, February 6th at 10:30 am. If desired, donations to the North Bay and District Humane Society (www.northbayhumanesociety.ca) in memory of Wayne would be appreciated by his family.
