Of Tee Lake, passed away at the Mattawa General Hospital on December 22nd, 2003 in his 52nd year. He is survived by his mother and father Ernest and Anita Chayer of Mattawa. Dear brother of: Marie Gauthier (Roly) of North Bay, Jeannette Langlois (Don) of Mattawa, Paul Chayer of Mattawa, Lise Contant (Dan) of Corbeil, Anne Landry (Michael) of North Bay, Jean (Diane) of Mattawa, Robert (Kim) of Mattawa. Phillip will be sadly missed by his very special friend Lory. Also survived by two nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the T.L Smith Funeral Home on Friday, December 26th, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne's Church, Mattawa on Saturday, December 27th, 2003 at 11 a.m. Spring interment in St. Thomas Cemetery, Astorville. Donation to the Mattawa General Hospital would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
