It is with great sorrow the family announces the peaceful passing of Edith Diane Chadbourn (nee Willis) at Eastholme, Home for the Aged, on January 8th, 2021 at the age of 84 years. Diane’s greatest joy in life was her family. Beloved spouse of Peter, and loving mother to David (Valerie), Greg (Jean), Michael (Karen), Susan Karn (Randy), Pollyanna Horodziejczyk (Mike) and Nancy Karn (Jeff). Diane was also a special foster mom to Josephine Cuthbert (Gerry). Cherished grandmother to 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Diane is survived by her brother Pat Willis (Lily) and predeceased by her brothers Barrie Willis (Joan) and David. Diane is also predeceased by her parents George Willis and Edith Willis (nee Salmon). As per Diane’s wishes, cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, a celebration of life will occur at a later date. If desired, donations to the Knox United Church of Nipissing Village would be gratefully acknowledged by Diane’s family.
