Dr. Frank Armstrong passed away on November 13, 2018. He was laid to rest in Nipissing Village Cemetery beside his first wife Denise Crowe in a private family service on Friday June 14, 2019.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Cassellholme and especially the exceptional staff on Maple Street for their excellent care and kindness and the Martyn Funeral Home for their gentle guidance.
