Sadly, the family for Babs announce her death at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on February 3rd, 2021 at the age of 78. Babs was the beloved wife to Reginald William Brooks for 62 years. Loving mother of Jamie Brooks, Lori Brooks, Kelli Couroux (Dan), and Rob Brooks (Alice). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jenny (Mario), Chris, Brianna (Andrew), and her great granddaughter Paislee. Dearly loved sister of Lynda Chamberlain (Rick), Ed Everitt (Cheryl) and Donna McArthur (Ian) and sister-in-law to Brian Brooks (Pat). Preceded in death by brother-in-law Harold Brooks (Joyce). She will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Respecting Babs’ wishes, a cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Her family would like to thank Dr. Brian Shaw and Dr. Kathryn Shaw, and the staff at the NBRHC for their exceptional care, especially those in Units C3 and our extended family in B1.
