Rene Boutin, 59, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 5th at the North Bay Regional Health Centre surrounded by his family and friends. After a hard battle with cancer. Rene is survived by his wife Louise, three kids Allin (Megan), Francine (Jamie), Roger (Rebecca), ten grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Emma, Hayden, Rylan, Regan, Hannah, Xander, Xaylia and Ava. Survived by his brother Robert (Barb) and his nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his father Yvon and mother Irene. He had passion for everything he did. From woodworking to cooking. Loved his family very much. Loved the outdoors and many fishing trips with friends and family. A special thank you to the nurses at the NBRHC D3 wing, for all your help and compassion. Thank you to Dr. Leckie, Dr. R. Gauthier and Dr. Trenker. A memorial will be set up in the spring, followed by scattering of his ashes per request. Family and friends will be notified of the date.
