BIDAL, Eva Marie (née Leach) 1923-2004

Left her loving family, to meet with her late husband, Nestor (1988), in the heavens above, on Wednesday, August 18, 2004, at the age of 81. Dearly beloved mother of Jacques (friend Agnes) of Welland; Jean-Paul (Laura), Rhéal, Gaetan (Thérèse), and Lucien, all of Sturgeon Falls; Claude (Madeline), Madeleine Bidal (friend Kirk), Anne (Robert Cowper), all of North Bay; Beatrice (John Potvin) of Kapuskasing; Leo (Linda) of Chatham; Denise (Brad Foster) of Corbeil; and Yvon of Sudbury. Will always be remembered by 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Arthur (late Marie), Carmel O'Callaghan, Rose-Anne (Isidore Levac), and Paul (Marcella). Predeceased by her parents James Leach and Marie (née Ducharme) and by many brothers and sisters: Hugh, Henry, Joseph, Léo, Ida, Bertha and Bernadette. Eva was the organist at the Resurrection and Our Lady of Sorrows churches for many years and was in multiples organization in her community. Family receiving relatives and friends at the THÉORET FUNERAL HOME, today, August 20 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Reverend Raymond Sullivan will celebrate the funeral mass at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church, on Saturday, August 21, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by her family.
