It is with profound sadness the family announces the unexpected passing of Meggan surrounded by her loved ones on July 13, 2022, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 20. Cherished daughter to Brian Bessette. Loving daughter to Louise Lecuyer. Beloved grand daughter of Fleurette (Foisy) Bessette, Gerald Bessette and Monique and Pierre Lecuyer. Meggan will forever be lovingly remembered by her uncles Marc Bessette and Marc Lecuyer, her many cousins, her large extended family, and her many friends. Meggan was a bubbly, generous, beautiful loving caring soul who always put others first and possessed a true gift of lifting the spirits of those around her. In her short life she has truly left her mark and deeply touched the souls of everyone she met. Whether it was through her caring smile, a pat on the back, encouraging words or her loving compliments, she always made sure everyone knew just how special and loved they were. Meggan loved her sports and always brought her positive motivating energy to her team-mates and coaches. We know she is being cared for and in good hands with her dear friend in heaven. Her vibrant smile and laugh will forever be embedded in the hearts of so many. The family will be receiving friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday July 21, 2022, between the hours of 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm.
