Loving husband of Lina (nee Labrosse). Beloved father of Linda Van Kessel (Paul) and Debbie Benard-Laforest (Pat). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Annika, Carlijn and Mason. Reginald is survived by his sister Laurette. Predeceased by his parents Rose and Emile and brothers Yvon, Emilien, Raymond, Jean-Claude and Lucien. He will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and all who knew him.
Reg will be remembered for enjoying the outdoors, cheering on the Canadians and spending time with family and friends.
Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd on Thursday December 9th, 2021 from 6 until 8pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday December 10th at 11am at the funeral home. As per current COVID-19 directives, the total number of attendees is limited, social distancing requirements must be respected, and masks or face coverings are required inside the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Lung Association or the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation - Palliative Care Unit will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
