Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday, May 19 2022 in her 77th year. Cherished mother of Richard Neilson (Sharon), Lisa Neilson and Roberto Barbieri (Crystal). Loving Nana to Kendra and Thomas and loving Grandma to Adam. Beloved sister of Alice Brose (Don), Albert Peever (Teresa) and Donald Peever. Will be lovingly remembered by Alberto Barbieri. Predeceased by her brother Garry Peever.
Sandra enjoyed her work supporting and advocating for patients with mental health issues and passionately promoted recovery and hope for everyone she helped.
Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium.
A Celebration Of Life will be scheduled at a later date. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Canadian Lung Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
