AYRES, Jim

(1938-2017) Jim passed away with his loving family by his side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday February 19, 2017 at the age of 78 years. He was the loving husband of 58 years to Margaret Ayres (nee Hesketh). Dear father of Jan (Giorgio Frausin), Pam Walsh and Ken. Papa will be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren Sheena (Sean Davies), Charles Walsh (Riley Grace), Zachary Towstuk, Madison Ayres and Nicholas Ayres and one great grandchild Isla Davies. He will be sadly missed by his little dog Rosie. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Elizabeth Ayres and sisters Kathleen and Marjorie. A memorial service will be held in the spring at Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa. Funeral arrangements entrusted to HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd.
