Peacefully, surrounded by family, at North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Thursday, April 11, 2019. She was in her 95th year. Theresa (Kunkel) was predeceased by her husband Raphael Reuben “Ray” Aultman (1915–1975). She was the beloved mother of Elizabeth “Betty” Aultman of Powassan, James (Wanda), of Nipissing Township, Barbara Van Wieringen (the late Clare) of Powassan, Elaine Kruk (Danny) of Lac La-Biche, AB, Donald (Carla) of Englehart, Joan (Gerard Rich) of Powassan, Thomas (Lorraine) of Rutherglen, Michael (Cindy) of North Bay, Gabriel of Powassan, Benjamin (deceased) and Patrick (Jacqueline) of Woodville. Grandma will be lovingly remembered by 27 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Theresa was the dear sister of Stephen and Ed Kunkel, Both of Powassan, and was predeceased by her siblings Bernadette Harrington, Henrietta Humphrey, Helen Aultman, Betty Giesler and Gerard, Lawrence, Vincent and Eugene Kunkel. The Aultman family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan, on Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Prayers at 8:45 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, Powassan, on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow.
