PITTSBURGH — Sidney Crosby left the Pittsburgh Penguins' preseason finale against Buffalo in the first period Saturday after taking a shot off his skate. Hit by a shot from Sabres defenceman Marco Scandella, Crosby played on 6:42 before leaving.
