On February 25, Nipissing West OPP received a complaint from a resident in West Nipissing about being harassed on social media.
As a result of the investigation, he was arrested on April 15 in West Nipissing.
Jean Aubertin, 49, from West Nipissing, is charged with:
- Criminal harassment - repeatedly communicate
- Uttering threats - cause bodily harm
Aubertin was released by way of an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on June 23 in North Bay.
