On January 23, at 6:30 p.m., Nipissing West OPP officers responded to a domestic dispute at a home on Mageau St. in Sturgeon Falls.
A 38-year-old person, from West Nipissing, was arrested and charged with voyeurism.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 4, in West Nipissing.
The OPP will not be releasing the names of the accused in order to protect the identity of the victim.
