Last month a couple from Huntsville went to Bickley Ford to buy a pickup truck.
Police now say that the transaction involving the purchase of the truck was done in a fraudulent manner.
The buyers and the pickup truck were found in Alliston, Ontario.
Fifty-one year old Dale Ann Evans and 57 year old Harold Garnett have both been charged with Fraud over $5,000.
They will appear in court in Huntsville on July 19, to answer to their charges.
The pickup truck has since been returned to Bickley Ford.
Police did not provide details about what the fraud entailed.
