(NORTH BAY, ON) –On November 13, 2014, at approximately 2:12 a.m., a member of the North Bay Detachment (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Big Moose Road, East Ferris Township after noticing the vehicle swerving on the road.
As a result of an investigation Corey FLOOD, age 28 of Corbeil, Ontario was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada(ccc) and Driving While Ability Impaired contrary to section 253(1)(a) ccc.
The accused was released from custody and is required to attend Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on November 25, 2014.
