The Empire Warms Hearts 4th Annual Chili Event in support of The Warming Centre takes place Thursday February 22.
The Empire WARMS HEARTS is back for another year.

For $8 you will enjoy a bowl of delicious hearty chili, a bun, beverage and one of their famous Empire cookies.
