The Empire will be hosting its 4th Annual Craft Show and Bake Sale on Saturday, December 2nd, in support of the Alzheimer Society Sudbury-Manitoulin North Bay and Districts.

The event will be taking place from 10-2 in the Empress Room at the Empire, 425 Fraser Street, North Bay.

Admission is $2.00.

"Come out to celebrate the start of the holiday season," says a news release from the group. "All proceeds from this event will remain in North Bay and will help support the frontline programs and services offered to the over 1,600 people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia in our community. This does not count the numerous family members and caregivers who clock millions of hours a year in unpaid care."

To date, the Empire Craft Show has raised nearly $6,000 for local families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

Once again this year, a variety of local vendors, as well as Empire residents, will be on site selling holiday goods and other unique artisan items in support of this great cause.
