On August 27th, 2017, unknown suspect(s) did enter a motor vehicle on Olive Street and took a wallet from inside the vehicle.
On August 30th, 2017 the victim’s credit card was used at retail businesses in North Bay.
The North Bay Police conducted an investigation and identified the accused.
On September 9th, the accused located on Cassell’s Street and taken into custody.
A search of the accused also revealed a small quantity of methamphetamine.
Ryan Plausteiner, (31) of North Bay is charged with:
- 1 count of Possession of property obtained by crime
- 1 count of unauthorized use of credit card
- 1 count of Possession of a controlled substance
