Mischief – Public’s Assistance Sought
Sometime overnight between Friday October 31st and Saturday November 1st, a person or persons unknown smashed a beer bottle on the windshield of a parked Ford Taurus on Paul Street. The windshield was smashed as a result. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the North Bay Police Service or Near North Crime Stoppers.
Fail to remain – Public’s Assistance Sought
At approximately 5:10 p.m. on Saturday November 1st, a complainant contacted North Bay Police to report a hit and run that occurred on Cassells Street.
The male driver of a green Toyota Echo, who is believed to be in his 30s or 40s, struck a car on its passenger side and fled the scene. North Bay Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating him.
Theft from two parked vehicles – Public’s Assistance Sought
Over the weekend, two complainants contacted North Bay Police regarding the following thefts from parked vehicles.
Sometime overnight between Friday October 31st and Saturday November 1st, a person or persons unknown entered two vehicles parked at a residence on Alexander Road and stole loose change from both vehicles. The vehicles were reported locked. There was no damage done to either vehicle.
Sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Saturday November 1st, a person or persons unknown entered a vehicle parked at a residence on King Street West and stole loose change and cigarettes. The vehicle was reported unlocked. There was no damage done to the vehicle.
