(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On April 8, 2015, Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting their Safe School Patrol initiative. As a result of that police initiative, officers observed Eleanor WESLEY of Kashechewan ,24, yelling and screaming at school board personnel.
As a result, she has been charged with the following:
- Being intoxicated in a public place as per section 31(4) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA)
