Temiskaming OPP officers responded to a domestic dispute regarding a person breaking into a residence in Temiskaming Shores yesterday afternoon.
A 35-year-old Temiskaming Shores man, was arrested and charged with "Mischief Under $5,000."
He was released on a Promise to Appear with conditions.
Then just four hours later police responded to a domestic dispute regarding the same person breaching conditions by going to the same residence.
He was re-arrested and charged with two counts of "Failing to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge."
The accused was held in police custody and was scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court this morning.
The OPP say they will not be releasing the name of the accused to protect the identity of the victim.
