Rotary’s YMCA Camp Tillicum to host Open House

The North Bay YMCA, in partnership with the Rotary Club of North Bay, will be hosting an Open House on Thursday at Rotary’s YMCA Camp Tillicum (774 Tillicum Bay Road). The event will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will feature the grand opening of the Redpath Youth Centre, a variety of camp activities and BBQ. Admission is free, registration is required.

“The Open House is a fantastic occasion for the community to have a first look at the Redpath Youth Centre. We are happy to have contributed to an initiative that will offer so many great opportunities for recreational activities, said Paul Healy, President, Redpath Canada Limited.

Activities include low ropes, archery, swimming, kayaking, a tote bag craft fundraiser with The Work Shoppe ($25 fee), and smores making. Registration is required and can be done online here, by calling the YMCA at 705-497-9622 or by visiting the YMCA at 186 Chippewa Street West. All are welcome.
