The North Bay Museum and the North Bay Art Association are announcing the public launch of “Local Colours”.

The opening event will take place during the Downtown Gallery Hop from 6 -9 p.m. tomorrow (Friday September 23) and is open to everyone.

This exhibition represents a cohesive body of work that stemmed from one of the NBAA's monthly “creative challenges”. It showcases the artists’ talents through their interpretations of the city and area’s notable locations.

The exhibit will be open until December in the North Bay Museum’s event gallery.

With its beginnings as the former Arts and Letters Club in 1937, the North Bay Art Association continues to thrive and has been a valued part of North Bay for 85 years.
