Preparations for annual Christmas Market

Debbie Gauthier, from Country Favourites, has been busy crafting in preparation for the Annual Christmas Market in Powassan on Saturday, November 18, 9-3pm at 250 Clark. 

In addition to 35 vendors, St. Mary's Anglican Church ladies are hosting a luncheon at 250 Clark, Amish hand pies are for sale, and the Kids' Entrepreneur Club is selling apple cider. 

The Powassan Artisan House-to-House Tour is also happening that day, with dozens of crafters offering homemade goods in lovely Christmas-themed homes.

Thurs. Nov. 16- 6:30pm- Cake Decorating for Christmas with Cheryl Barrett at 250 Clark in Powassan.  Advance sign up.

Sat. Nov. 18- 9am-3pm-Christmas Market at 250 Clark in Powassan. Come Christmas shopping and stay for a delicious lunch.

Tues. Nov. 21- 6:30pm- Growing Microgreens with Gary and Linda Mcfadyen at 250 Clark in Powassan.  Free.

Fri. Nov. 24- 9 am- Babysitting Course at 250 Clark in Powassan.  Advance sign up. $25. Pizza lunch included.

Sat. Nov. 25- 8-10am- Sensitive Santa and 10-12noon- Santa Visits at 250 Clark in Powassan.  Advance sign up at municipal office 705-724-2813.

Sat. Dec. 2- 4:30pm- Pre-Party to the Parade of Lights at 250 Clark.  Jugglers, yo-yo champ, hot chocolate bar, clown, face painting, Straw Hat Man, and visits with Santa.  Stay for the parade afterward.
