Police looking for wrong way driver

The investigation has revealed that two westbound vehicles collided in order to avoid a vehicle that was eastbound in the westbound lanes

On November 25, at 6:20 p.m. members of the Sudbury OPP and the Sudbury-Manitoulin District Emergency Medical Services, responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 17, Lively, Ontario.

The investigation has revealed that two westbound vehicles collided in order to avoid a vehicle that was eastbound in the westbound lanes.

The eastbound vehicle is described as silver in colour; it was being operated by a female. This vehicle turned around and proceeded westbound prior to police arriving.

Police believe the female is aware that a collision occurred.
