On October 29 at 5:40 a.m., Nipissing West OPP officers responded to a break and enter in progress at a residence on John Street in Sturgeon Falls.
Officers arrived and arrested the culprit who had damaged the window screen trying to gain entry into the home.
As a result, Curtis Scriver, 22, from Sturgeon Falls, is charged with:
- Break, enter a place - with intent to commit an indictable offence
- Mischief under $5,000
- Failure to comply with an undertaking
- Fail to comply with a probation order
Acriver remains in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice - Bail Court today in North Bay.
