Over the weekend, the North Bay Police Service responded to 225 calls for service, and arrested and charged 19 people with the following offences:
- Two people were charged with one count of robbery using firearm; one count of trafficking marijuana and one count of breach of probation;
- One person was charged with one count of criminal harassment and one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle;
- One person was charged with one count of invitation to sexual touching and one count of sexual interference.
- Two people were charged with one count of robbery with violence, one count of assault with a weapon, one count of aggravated assault and one count of possession of marijuana;
- One person was charged with one count of robbery with violence, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of breach of probation.
- Five people were charged with public intoxication;
- One person was charged with impaired driving;
- A young person was charged with one count of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking; one count of property obtained by crime (cash) and one count of breach of probation;
- One person was charged with one count of domestic assault, one count of uttering threats and one count of breach of probation;
- One person was charged with three counts of domestic assault and one count of mischief under $5,000;
- One person was charged with domestic mischief under $5,000;
- One person was charged with domestic mischief under $5000, domestic assault and unlawfully in a dwelling house; and
- One person was charged with one count of uttering threats and one count of breach of recognizance.
