There is still time to join OUTLoud North Bay for a world-class self-defence training lesson with professional MMA fighter Jo Maisonneuve.

A North Bay native, Maissoneuve is a Renzo Gracie Purple Belt Jiu-Jitsu fighter and 2019 No-Gi Gold Medal World Champion donating her time Saturday to teach self-defence classes to OUTLoud's adult and youth volunteers, followed by a third session for interested members of the public.

Maisonneuve is offering that open session at 2:30 p.m. to community members in exchange for a donation to OUTLoud North Bay. You can reserve your spot by email or through OUTLoud's Facebook page.
