The Mattawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a break and enter on Chenier Road in Mattawa on October 1st.
The break and enter occurred sometime between noon on September 28, 2017 and 4 p.m. on October 1, 2017.
A large amount of cash was taken from the residence.
