(SPRUCEDALE, ON) The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police were called to investigate an altercation in the Village of Sprucedale, Ontario on Saturday February 22, 2015 at approximately 1:00 a.m. When police arrived, the altercation was over however one of men involved was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
The accused, Shawn BRACNIK, 30 of Tiny Township was in care and control of a snowmobile when police arrested and charged him for care and control while impaired and care and control over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood, contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused was released from police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday March 26, 2015 in Sundridge Ontario.
