Not wearing a helmet, motorcyclists survive accident

On June 3, at approximately 8 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers were called to a single vehicle motorcycle accident on Windermere Road in Muskoka Lakes Township.

The rider and a passenger had taken a motorcycle for a drive and lost control. Neither were wearing a helmet and fortunately escaped uninjured.

Police have charged21-year-oldd Benjamin Pearson of Lindsay, with Impaired Driving.

Pearson received an immediate 90 day driver's licence suspension and further had his vehicle towed and impounded.
