North Bay man accused of theft from vehicles

News Release **************** On Monday December 8 th at approximately 12:49 p.m., a complainant contacted police to report that a man was attempting to open the doors of vehicles parked in a Wyld Street parking lot.

On Monday December 8th at approximately 12:49 p.m., a complainant contacted police to report that a man was attempting to open the doors of vehicles parked in a Wyld Street parking lot.

 

North Bay Police located the suspect on Main Street East shortly thereafter, where he was arrested on suspicion of theft.

 

Following an investigation, police charged the 27-year old North Bay man with two counts theft under $5,000, one count of possession of property obtained by crime, and two counts of fail to comply with probation order.

 

The accused was released with a court date scheduled for January.
