The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario (CSPNE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick Aubin as Director of Information Technology. He will assume his new role on Monday, November 21.
Mr. Aubin joined the CSPNE team in 2005 and has demonstrated excellent project management, strategic development, data analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as strong leadership skills.
His career path within the CSPNE's IT team has given him a good understanding of the responsibilities and expectations associated with the role of IT management. Whether as an application support technician, database administrator, or project management and support supervisor, Mr. Aubin has a strong understanding of the importance of each member of the IT team and the needs of the schools and school board.
"We are confident that his professional experience will benefit not only the IT team, but also the CSPNE's service offering to school communities as we strive to innovate and optimize our capabilities to enhance the success and development of every student," said Director of Education Yves Laliberté in announcing the appointment of Mr. Aubin.
Mr. Patrick Aubin succeeds Mr. Jamie Point who, after more than 23 years of service, is leaving the CSPNE to pursue a new professional adventure.
