This is a very special year in the life of Near North Palliative Care Network, celebrating their 30th year of existence.

The theme of the AGM this year is: "30 Years of Near North Palliative Care Network: Bridging the Past to the Future."

"To celebrate our 30th Anniversary, and this wonderful moment in our lives, this year we will have lots of surprises and special treats to each of you who attend the AGM. We will also have raffles of gift cards for aromatherapy massage, hairdresser, yoga sessions, a $50 gift card for East Side Mario's, and more", says a news release from the group.

"Not a trip to the Caribbean - yet - but there will be two special raffles of two gift certificates for the Chief Commanda Scenic Cruise. Each gift card is a Scenic Cruise for two people."

The AGM happens on Thursday, October 26th, 5 p.m, at St. Joseph's Motherhouse, 2025 Main Street West, North Bay.

Program:

Supper. At the big dining room, 5 pm
AGM with the annual acclamation of Board Directors and Volunteer Awards. At the McColgan Room, 6 pm
Entertainment. 7 pm. Jason Brock, Chapman Stick.
