MNR looking for person who shot and abandoned a bull moose

The MNRF is asking for the public’s help with identifying the person who shot and killed a bull moose south of Highway 560. about 100 kilometres northwest of Sudbury. 

On November 11, conservation officers were alerted to a shot and left bull moose near Westree, Ontario. The bull moose had been shot and abandoned a few days earlier and left on Lampman Road in Lampman Township, off the Amyot Road south of Highway 560.

The ministry takes this situation very seriously and is looking to identify those responsible.
