On the afternoon of Wednesday November 9th, North Bay Police responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting a violent argument between a male and female outside, at O’Brien and Front streets.
Following an investigation, North Bay Police arrested and charged a 19-year old North Bay man with one count of domestic assault and one count of breach of probation.
The accused was also charged with one count of forcible confinement related to a separate incident involving the same victim, which allegedly occurred in their shared residence earlier this year.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
