On Sunday January 8, 2017 the Almaguin Highlands OPP investigated an unwanted person at a Strong Township home. Police discovered a man on the property who had been trying to enter.
Police investigation showed the male had been drinking which resulted in Evan Pleasance, 24 of Barrie, being arrested and charged with:
- Criminal harassment,
- Trespassing by night,
- Care or control over 80 milligrams,
Pleasance was released from police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday January 26, 2017 in Sundridge.
