(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On November 21, 2014 the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a domestic mischief incident in Parry Sound.
Investigation revealed that a female returned home from work and discovered some of her belongings were damaged or missing. Her Ex-boyfriend had returned to the residence and removed his possessions and was responsible for the missing and damaged property.
A 47 year old male was arrested and charged with the following offences.
- Criminal Harassment contrary to section 264(2) (b) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).
- Mischief under $5000 contrary to Section 430(4) of the CCC.
- Theft under $5000 contrary to section 334 (b) of the CCC.
- 3 Counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to Section 733.1 (1) of the CCC.
The male was held in custody and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound.
