Man charged with possessing funny money

On February 23, a member of the West Parry Sound detachment of the OPP arrested a man on a warrant in Parry Sound because the man was in possession of a counterfeit Canadian $50 bill.

Vassilios Tsoraklidis, 28, from Parry Sound, was charged with possessing counterfeit money.

He is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on March 1.
