OPP CHARGE GREATER NAPANEE MAN WITH CHILD PORNOGRAPHY OFFENCES
(Napanee, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit have charged a Greater Napanee man following a six month on-line child pornography investigation.
On January 28, 2015 police from the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, OPP Technical Crime Unit, Napanee OPP and the Kingston Police Service executed a search warrant at a Greater Napanee residence. As a result of this investigation, six computer devices and other items pertinent to the investigation were seized. Some of the items seized contained images of child sexual abuse.
Dustin CHAMBERS, age 24 years, of Greater Napanee Ontario is charged with one count of Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Make Available Child Pornography and one count of Accessing Child Pornography.
The accused is scheduled to attend a bail hearing today, January 29, 2015 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee Ontario.
The investigation is continuing.
