(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On January 2, 2015, the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call that a male was being treated for a cut elbow at a licenced establishment in Parry Sound. The male was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, treated and released. Investigation showed the male was drinking and had punched a window of a downtown business, breaking the window and cutting his arm.
Patrick MCTAVISH, 22 years of age from Parry Sound was arrested and charged with Mischief under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
The male was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on February 5, 2015.
