Local man charged with impaired at a drive-thru

On Sunday, shortly after 1 a.m., West Parry Sound OPP responded to a report of a possible impaired driver at a drive-thru in Parry Sound. Police located the vehicle and the officer spoke to the driver determining that he had consumed alcohol.  

As a result of the investigation Dexter Caesar, 32, from North Bay, was arrested and charged with:

  • Care or control while impaired - alcohol, 
  • Possession of a schedule II substance - cannabis marihuana - under 30 grams, and
  • Possession of a schedule I substance - cocaine,.

Caesar was released on a Promise to Appear.
