Lions telethon getting bands together

The Lions Children’s Telethon has nine hours of jam-packed music and entertainment this month according to a news release from the group. 

Murphy’s Law is house band this year with.

  • East Ferris Old Tyme Fiddle Club,
  • Fiddle n’ Country,
  • Lace,
  • Josh Dimmel Band,
  • Midnight Blue and
  • Grooove are some of the bands performing.

"Local singers and songwriters Emily Sacher, Mick Anderson and Emma Shoults will brighten up Christmas tree decorating. Katryne Foisy featuring Jenna Lowe on violin will keep you in a Christmas spirit. You will enjoy James Crate from Temagami’s guitar playing and the timbre in his voice. Jason Brock’s inspiring sounds of the Chapman stick will leave you wanting more. Over 70 songs performed live throughout the Telethon covering a variety of genres. Tune in for a great afternoon and evening."

It takes place November 25th from 2 to 11 p.m.
