The intersection at Olive and Cassells streets will be reduced to one lane for approximately 24 hours starting at 7 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday).
It's part of the ongoing Cassells Street Reconstruction project.
Temporary traffic lights will be used to reduce the intersection to one lane and vehicles intending to cross Cassells at Olive will be redirected via Shaw Street West. The contractor will be working both day and night and travellers are asked to use caution while driving through the area, especially at night.
Although the High Street detour will remain in place to allow for travel around the construction zone, drivers are asked to use an alternative route to help ease any congestion that may result from the lane reduction until the work in the intersection is completed.
